Passionfruit Coffee

Passionfruit Coffee is a tiny pastry-chef-and-barista couple's cafe on Madison Street that Google reviewers consistently call the best coffee in Bed-Stuy. The operation is intentionally small — counter service, limited seating, and a tight focus on doing two things very well: serious specialty coffee and from-scratch pastries. The coffee program runs on Doma Coffee Roasters beans, with espresso pulled tight and rotating drip and pour-over options. The pastry case is what genuinely sets the place apart — laminated pastries, scones, cookies, and rotating seasonal items that demonstrate the kind of craft you usually only get at fine-dining bakeries.
