Daily Provisions — Cobble Hill

Daily Provisions is the Union Square Hospitality Group's all-day cafe concept, and the Cobble Hill location at 151 Court Street is the brand's Brooklyn flagship. The cafe runs serious morning coffee and pastries, transitions into proper sandwiches and a chicken-and-prepared-foods program through the day, and pivots into a wine and cocktail program in the evening — all with the kitchen discipline you'd expect from the team behind Gramercy Tavern and Union Square Cafe. The coffee program runs on Joe Coffee beans, with espresso pulled cleanly and a tight selection of milk drinks. The food program is what genuinely sets Daily Provisions apart from a standard cafe — pastries (the legendary cruller especially) baked in-house and a savory program that runs from breakfast sandwiches through dinner-ready prepared foods. Open from 7am to 9pm.
